Refund Policy
Refunds are available for video games purchased through our store under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The game must not have been played for more than 2 hours.
- Refunds are not available for in-game purchases, downloadable content (DLC), or special edition items.
- Games purchased during promotional sales are only eligible for a refund if they meet the above criteria.

Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date
- Games that have been played for more than 2 hours
- Usage of in-game content, DLC, or promotional items
- Purchases made outside our official platforms or third-party resellers
