Refund Policy

Refunds are available for video games purchased through our store under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The game must not have been played for more than 2 hours.
  • Refunds are not available for in-game purchases, downloadable content (DLC), or special edition items.
  • Games purchased during promotional sales are only eligible for a refund if they meet the above criteria.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number or receipt
  • The title of the game
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date
  • Games that have been played for more than 2 hours
  • Usage of in-game content, DLC, or promotional items
  • Purchases made outside our official platforms or third-party resellers
